A musical journey in Gloucester
The idea for the Craven Creek Concerts started when Greg and Jenny Lindsay bought a piece of Gloucester paradise, 'Kingfisher'. The old barn on the farm had a stage that was crying out to be used. In 2013 the first concert was held on a beautiful September afternoon to a packed audience.
The response to the concert was enough encouragement to make it an annual springtime event hence the formation of the Craven Creek Music Association Inc., a not-for-profit charitable organisation.
In 2017 The famous Flinders Quartet, American harpist, Emily Granger & cellist Heather Lindsay are coming to Gloucester. Schubert's magnificent 'Death and the Maiden' quartet features.
