Our 2025–2028 strategic plan is designed to expand our capacity to meet the needs of a rapidly growing region. It focuses on four key areas:
- Amplifying the arts through the delivery of key services
- Activating creative spaces to foster artistic and cultural development
- Promoting diversity and building capacity in the sector
- Ensuring long-term organisational sustainability.
Informed by our 2024 Creative Futures research, which engaged over 350 local artists, creative workers, and stakeholders, this plan addresses critical needs and opens pathways for future growth. With this strategy, Arts Mid North Coast is ready to lead the region in to an exciting new chapter for arts and culture.
