All One Under the Sun is a remedy to racism campaign led by young people and using the arts to promote inclusion, belonging, connection, education and empowerment. The project began in 2021 with a songwriting project led by Grow the Music in collaboration with young people aged 12-25 from across the community including First Nations, refugee and migrant background and Australian born (non-Aboriginal) young people.

The song created became the anthem for the project and features five community languages – Gumbaynggirr, English, Kurdish Kurmanji, Arabic and Swahili – and demonstrates the power of community coming together across cultures on Gumbaynggirr Country.

The film clip was created by Bathtime Productions with over 75 community members participating in the film clip. The documentary, also created by Bathtime Productions, follows the first year of the project including the songwriting process and the creation of the Youth Action Collective and amplifies the voices of young people who participated in the first stage of the project.

All One Under the Sun Project took place in Coffs Harbour from 2021-24 through funding from NSW Government through Multicultural NSW. The project was led by STARTTS with a consortium of local services including Blue Sky Community Services, Coffs Harbour Local and Districts Aboriginal Lands Council, headspace Coffs Harbour and the City of Coffs Harbour with the support of many community organisations and the participation of over 800 young people in the three years of the project. The project continues today through the All One under the Sun Festival which will be held for the third time in 2025.
