‘Everything the light hits’ is the first solo exhibition for Melanie Webb and is a collection of new and older pieces that explore the connection between humans and the environment. Using the mediums of gouache, watercolour and acrylic this show highlights themes consistent in the artist’s practice including plants and animals, landscape and the human form. The interplay of light and organic form runs throughout the work.

Curated by Lucy Juhnke, this show will be held at Four Espresso, Murray St Port Macquarie from April 5 to May 3. There is an opening party on Saturday April 5 beginning at 6pm that will feature live music and nibbles.
