The Hastings Choristers’ next concert will be performed at the Players’ Theatre on Saturday 31st May and Sunday 1st June.

“Patterns” is a collection of songs from contemporary musical theatre, linked by a common theme, and curated by Hastings Choristers’ Musical Director Craig M Wood. They are drawn from a range of musicals including Stephen Sondheim’s “Sunday in the Park with George” and Kitt & Yorkey’s “Next to Normal” – both winners of the Pulitzer Prize for Drama. The concert will feature both Cantorus and Cantabile choirs, who will be joined on stage by professional music theatre performers including local soloists including Sarah Morabito, Mark Morabito, and Craig M Wood.

Theatrical music deserves a theatrical setting which is why this concert will be on stage at the wonderful Players’ Theatre, where the music can soar, and performers will be surrounded by set, lights, and an iconic red curtain.”

“Patterns” promises to be an excitingly new and original concert for The Hastings Choristers, and we look forward to sharing this experience with you.

Performances will take place on Saturday 31 May at 7pm and Sunday 1 June at 2pm.

Tickets are available from the Players Theatre Box Office or from The Glasshouse.
