Pause & Create: art and wellbeing

Pause & Create is a gentle mid-week reset for adults, a monthly art and wellbeing program at the Saltwater Freshwater Arts Alliance Gallery.

Blending chair Tai Chi, guided gallery experiences, and hands-on artmaking, sessions support relaxation, reflection, and creative wellbeing.

Each session begins with a 15-minute chair Tai Chi practice, offering a gentle way to settle the body and mind before moving into a guided gallery experience and hands-on artmaking.

Bookings recommended. $30 covers Tai Chi, art materials, support, coffee/tea, biscuits and a yarn.
