Bookends at Kendall

This community run book exchange is open to all at the “hut up the hill” at the Kendall Community Centre. You can get real bargains from the thousands of books meticulously catalogued on the shelves or even better value if you want to exchange some books. 

Established in 2007, in the historic Batar School building, Bookends@Kendall provides inexpensive books for bibliophiles in the Camden Haven. Whether your passion is crime, romance, travel, gardening, craft, poetry, the classics or children’s literature, you will find something to satisfy. The book-exchange is run completely by a small band of dedicated volunteers. All proceeds go towards the running of the Kendall Community Centre. Drop-in and explore this Aladdin’s Cave of treasures.
