‘Big Daddy Skater’ – Kempsey Skatepark Sculpture

The sculpture named ‘Big Daddy Skater’ is a homage to custom car designer and cartoonist Ed ‘Big Daddy’ Roth.

This sculpture by local artist Robert Game was commissioned by Kempsey Shire Council in partnership with Mid Waste. It has been created entirely out of scrap metal.

The bench seat accompanying the sculpture was made by participants from Mission Australia’s Youth Connections program with assistance from the Men’s Shed and materials donated by Australian Architectural Hardwoods.
