Are you a marketing whizz who loves major events? Are you a dab hand at social media advertising and do you get excited about brand strategy and audience development?

If so, Bellingen Memorial Hall would like to hear from you!

This year, the Bellingen Memorial Hall is hosting two major event series requiring fantastic PR & advertising campaigns. Working closely with the Venue Coordinator, you will be required to provide input on growing messaging reach, building two distinct event brands and growing audience numbers.

The intent is to begin a working partnership, with scope for on-going co-operation.

The Contractor will be a savvy marketer with a proven ability to generate intrigue, build excitement, and, most importantly, drive ticket sales for events. Responsibilities will include executing tasks across both organic and paid social media with a focus on creating and formatting content for multi-platform use, print and copywriting.

A sound understanding of Facebook and advertising creative specifications is required, as the role involves managing the Bellingen Memorial Hall’s social channels, with support from the Bellingen Shire Council Communications Team. While the BMH Venue Coordinator will handle website content, support the graphic design elements, and media release writing, your input on innovative and cross-platform promotional strategies to boost the events attendance will be highly valued.
