Margie Kirkness is appointed to the Arts Mid North Coast Board as the Greater Taree City Council representative.
Margie is the Senior Leader, Cultural Services and is responsible for leadership in the delivery of cultural services including Libraries, the
Manning Regional Art Gallery and the Manning Entertainment Centre.  Margie is deeply committed to the role that arts and culture play in the quality of life
in our community and is keen to encourage wider engagement in arts and culture.  Margie is also passionate about the importance of libraries and
literacy and is a National Year of Reading Ambassador.
