Join Michael at Nambucca Valley Phoenix over 4 weeks for hands-on learning on how to grow your own food in a truly sustainable way.

4, 11, 18 & 25 June 8am to 12pm

Cost: $220 - Includes materials, tools and morning tea.

This workshop will be devoted to preparing new garden areas & will include:

Basic landscaping
Building a worm farm for composting
Learning about what makes good soil
Pruning of existing vegetation
Sowing seeds for soil improvement (cover cropping)
Planting edibles into existing garden beds
Learning about what it means to work WITH nature rather than against it

ABOUT THE TEACHER

Michael has over 10 years in the horticultural industry. After discovering Permaculture, he’s never gone back to traditional methods. He runs a permaculture consultation business & is currently establishing a fully sustainable farm.
