Dating from c1836 the Historical Society Museum building is one of the only remaining convict-built structures left in Port Macquarie. This award-winning museum houses an extensive collection of over 20,000 artefacts, spread throughout a number of themed rooms and displays. The museum is the ideal place to get an overall sense of the history of Port Macquarie.

Open Monday to Saturday 10am to 4pm
